Moose Haven is a modern cabin with open floor plan, fantastic lighting, full kitchen and bathroom and beds that sleeps 6. Enjoy opening the windows to hear the birds chirp or listen the river flow. There will be no shortage of nature here, plop down on the porch in the evening for an eventful night full of starry skies and stories.
Sleeping arrangement: A queen bed, two twin xl beds, plus a queen futon in the living room to sleep a total of 6 people comfortably.
Besides being in a secluded spot for an unforgettable time with your loved ones or maybe even a small retreat, we have all the necessary landscape for a great outdoors vacation. Nearby, the Pioneer Mountains not only provide rugged landscape that capture the beauty of sunsets over the rugged peaks, but it also provides great trails for hiking, mountain biking and skiing. Within an hour drive, there are fantastic opportunities for visitors to witness the rise and fall of mining towns along the Pioneer Mountain Scenic Byway. Starting in Dillon, fill up with supplies and gas. Wind down the beautiful road highlighting the Big Hole River (maybe even throwing in a line somewhere along the way) and then eventually hitting Coolidge, a ghost town that met its quick demise in the mining days.
Our on site event center allows vacationers to have access to a meeting center that can be perfect for retreats, weddings, and gatherings. This can be rented along with all three cabins for a perfect weekend getaway! It even has a limited commercial kitchen, laundry room and showers in it. Perfect for up to 80 people in event center.
For those that like to climb, the Humbug Spires are a great way to explore new granite rock formations that are unique. Forestry and wildlife are abundant here so it recommended to research at the Dillon Patagonia Outlet which gear is suited best for this area. In April 2010, Dillon was listed as one of "America's Prettiest Towns" by Forbes magazine. Dillon provides all the classic western entertainment such as cattle drives, blue ribbon fly fishing, hunting, skiing and more. You may also have a terrific meal at one of the many restaurants in Dillon or even try a local microbrew at the Beaverhead Brewing Company
