Located on the west side of Yellowstone River, this two bedroom cabin (we call Diamond Bar Heart) is perfect for families and groups that are looking to escape to the beautiful scenery of the area. The cabin is 1,000 square feet and constructed with log siding, giving it the cozy cabin feel - leather sofa and chair. Dining area for 8 people. Built in 2000, the cabin used to be a part of the Yellowstone River Resort. Now, all of the vacation homes are individually owned with few still being rented out.
The cabin has stunning views of Electric Peak, Sepulcher Mountain and a unique geological formation called Devil’s Slide. There is plenty of space around the cabin for privacy and outdoor exploration. This vacation rental is also just a short distance from public access to the Yellowstone National Park and miles of US National Forest Lands.
Sleeping Arrangement: Each bedroom has two beds. Bedroom one has two queen beds and bedroom two has a queen bed and a full bed. Maximum occupancy of this cabin is eight individuals.
This cabin provides breathtaking views from your front porch like no other. The scenery of this cabin is sure to make you feel relaxed and at peace. The tranquil atmosphere of this cabin will make you want to come back year to year and spend time in the Yellowstone area as much as possible.
The Yellowstone area is also home to bison, bighorn sheep, elk, pronghorn, grizzly bears, black bears, wolves, and deer. With such a diverse array of wildlife, your time at our cabin will never grow old. Be sure to have your camera on you at all times for unexpected wildlife spottings.
The cabin’s proximity to Yellowstone National Park presents many opportunities for fun outdoor activities. The park offers biking, boating, fishing, picnicking, wildlife viewings and guided tours. With nearly 3,500 square miles of land, the park has seemingly endless possibilities to explore and connect with the outdoors. Be sure to watch Old Faithful Geyser erupt and tour the exhibits about the geological forces behind the Yellowstone’s incredible landscape.
Our cabin is also just a short drive from Gardiner, Montana. This small town is filled with local businesses to check out and fun recreational activities. The downtown area has several gift shops, outdoor equipment sales and rentals, bookstores and markets. Several local outfitters offer outdoor adventure packages including horseback riding, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, Petrified Forest exploration, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, llama pack trips and hunting guides.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to explore Montana. We fished, rafted, hiked, explored Yellowstone and the Tetons, and we bonded as a family.
