Many guests visit during winter - on purpose! snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, ice-fishing, mushing top their list of cool adventures - maybe a a whiskey tasting or two too.

Flathead Lake is the largest natural lake in the western US and that means watersports: Go sailing, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing & swimming. Bring your boat, we have plenty of parking space. Downtown Bigfork is on the north end of the lake and is famous for its shops, galleries, and excellent restaurants.

Some events include Dragon Boat Races, Spartan Race, Crown of the Continent, Festival of the Arts, Christmas Parade, Fourth of July Parade, Huckleberry Festival and Festival of the Arts.

Your Bigfork cabin is surrounded by many lakes & trails! Locals Tip: Hiking Jewel Basin is a must. Like to golf? Eagle Bend Golf Course is minutes from your Bigfork cabin.
