  • On the Yellowstone River in Paradise Valley

The first thing you’ll notice when you arrive is our private and wooded setting. Our vacation home and the town of Livingston rest on the banks of the Yellowstone River, nestled in a stunning valley bordered by majestic mountains. Inside our main house you’ll be surrounded by quality furnishings, beautiful decorations, spacious living area (with leather couches), and a kitchen (with lots of quality cookware) that is counter-separate from the dining area featuring a 6 seat table.

Sleeping arrangement: 2 bedrooms (both with river views) and 2 full baths in the main house. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. In the separate guest house: 2 twin beds (or a fold-out couch, double bed size) and a half bath. The creek runs right below this little house, adding to the charm.

Between the two houses is the hot tub inviting you to relax beneath the trees and listen to the water flowing and birds singing.

All of this is just steps away from a grand view of the mountains and valley.

Unique Features

Our Paradise Valley location has you 15 minutes from Livingston and 35 minutes from Gardiner at the north entrance of Yellowstone Park. Everyone in your group will enjoy the decks that run along the back and sides of the house. The group chef will enjoy the quality gas grill too. The hot tub is always a popular place.

Pine Creek runs along one side of the property as it flows to the Yellowstone. Wildlife abounds in the area; it's not uncommon to see a variety of birds in the yard, along with deer and other creatures.

Things To Do

Lots of fishing: Great fly-fishing is steps away. Yellowstone Pines is on the Yellowstone River, which can be accessed from the property. There is also a fishing access point for boats a few hundred feet down the river. World class fishing is what distinguishes Livingston, MT, and some of the best fishing in the country is right outside our home.

Paradise Valley offers plenty of outdoor recreational opportunities: horseback riding; river rafting; hiking; biking and of course incredible fishing in any direction. In winter, guests can ski cross-country and snowmobile in the nearby national forest.

Livingston, MT has restaurants (fast food to fabulous dining), shops, museums, galleries, live theater and music. To live like a local, we recommend you add visits to legendary Chico Hot Springs, and Yellowstone National Park to your 'things to do' list. The park is an easy drive from the property on a good two-lane highway.
